Church Retreat 2026
Retreat will be here before we know it! Every year, we can’t wait for the weekend away together, time to rest, worship, and reconnect. But we also know that paying for it can sometimes feel like a stretch, especially right before the event.
So this year, we’ve made it easier to plan ahead! You can set up a simple payment plan that lets you spread out the cost over time: weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, whatever fits your budget best. The payment buttons below will automatically adjust the amount based on your schedule.
Our hope is that this helps remove stress so you can focus on what matters most — being present, growing in faith, and sharing this experience with your church family.

No worries! I mean, we’ll certainly be sad we won’t get to be with you at retreat. But as long as you tell us more than two weeks in advance of retreat, we’ll be able to refund whatever you’ve paid.

Unfortunately we can’t predict the final cost until we get all the final numbers of people registered. It will be very close to what we’re estimating. If it increases, we’ll let you know, and we’ll ask you to pay the small difference just before retreat.

You may not have paid the full amount by the time Retreat rolls around. That’s ok! If that’s the case, we’ll need you to continue with the payment plan until it’s complete, and then you’ll be good!
When and where is it?
The retreat starts February 27 at 6:04pm, and ends on March 1 at 1:36pm! (also if you want to arrive a little earlier, you can arrive as early as 5:30pm Friday)
This year the retreat is at Camp Hoblitzelle in Midlothian! (8060 Singleton Rd, Midlothian, TX 76065)
