Church Retreat 2026
Retreat will be here before we know it! One challenge we face every year is that camps and retreat centers aren’t getting any cheaper. To make things easier, we’ve set up a way for you to plan ahead without the stress of making one large payment right before Retreat.
Below, you’ll find a flexible payment tool that allows you to spread out the cost over time. You can choose to pay weekly, every two weeks, or every four weeks, whatever fits your budget, and the tool will automatically adjust your payment amounts accordingly. No worries! I mean, we’ll certainly be sad we won’t get to be with you at retreat. But as long as you tell us more than two weeks in advance of retreat, we’ll be able to refund whatever you’ve paid.

Unfortunately we can’t predict the final cost until we get all the final numbers of people registered. It will be very close to what we’re estimating. If it increases, we’ll let you know, and we’ll ask you to pay the small difference just before retreat.

You may not have paid the full amount by the time Retreat rolls around. If that’s the case, we’ll have you pay the difference right before Retreat, so you’ll still be most of the way there!

When and where is it?
The retreat starts February 27 at 6:04pm, and ends on March 1 at 1:36pm! (also if you want to arrive a little earlier, you can arrive as early as 5:30pm Friday)
This year the retreat is at Camp Hoblitzelle in Midlothian! (8060 Singleton Rd, Midlothian, TX 76065)
